  • Can I cancel or change an appointment?

    Yes, you can cancel or change your appointment up until 7 AM the day before the service. If you cancel after that, a 50% charge on the service fee will apply.

  • Will I automatically receive the same team for each scheduled cleaning job?

    For weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we strive to send the same team to ensure consistency in service.

  • What if I decide I want more cleaning done than initially anticipated? Can the Sparclean team extend its visit to my home?

    If you need additional services, please notify us on the day before your scheduled appointment, and we will accommodate the change.

  • What supplies do I need to have on hand?

    Sparclean provides cleaning supplies for your first service. After that, you will need to provide the cleaning chemicals for subsequent visits.

  • What if I am not completely satisfied with the work done or I discover something is broken?

    If you’re not satisfied with the service or find any issues, please contact our office within 24 hours, and we will send a crew to resolve the matter.
